How much notice is required to make a reservation?
We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance. However, due to our extensive fleet, we can often accommodate last-minute requests when availability allows.

Why is the amount charged different from my original quote?
Final charges may vary due to service adjustments such as additional stops, tolls, parking fees, or extended time. If anything seems unexpected, please don’t hesitate to contact us to review your bill.

How do I contact my chauffeur?
You will receive your chauffeur’s contact information via SMS approximately 25 minutes before your pickup time. For privacy and security, details are not shared earlier.

How can I change my reservation?
Changes must be requested at least 12 hours in advance and are subject to availability. Please ensure all changes are confirmed in writing to avoid any misunderstandings.

What is your cancellation policy?
Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

No-shows or cancellations made within 2 hours of pickup time are non-refundable.
All cancellations must be confirmed in writing.
Are additional stops allowed, and is there a charge?
Yes, additional stops are permitted and are subject to extra charges, depending on the distance and time involved.

Do you charge for waiting time?
A 10-minute grace period is included. After that, wait time charges will apply based on the hourly rate.

When is payment processed?
Payment is required before the start of service. Your credit card on file will be charged before dispatch. Any additional charges (e.g., wait time, stops, tolls, parking, damages) will be billed after service completion.
